We offer regular weekend workshops at Bridge and Enrich in Vancouver, BC that provide opportunities to explore the practice of somatic meditation. Offering a mixture of practice and discussion, these are intended for practitioners of all backgrounds and levels of experience.
At present, our weekend organizing group consists of Aaron Emberson, Alwyn O’Brien, Jules Faye, and Leslie Topness.

As always, this all-level, all-tradition workshop mixes guided meditation and group discussion. Participants are advised to wear warm, comfortable clothing, and to bring a blanket and mat to lay on. Should participants have a meditation cushion or bench, these are recommended – otherwise, chairs will be available.
Meal Breaks: We will break for 90 minutes each day for lunch. Please feel free to bring your own meal, if you wish – or take a walk to one of the nearby restaurants in the neighbourhood.
